Alexandra Kane, ESQ

Alexandra Kane, Esq. is a partner at Rizio, Hamilton & Kane, P.C. She is the firm’s marketing coordinator and manager of the firm’s day-to-day affairs. In conjunction with her partners, she makes decisions about the viability of each case, how to strategize each case and plays a vital role in each case’s pre-litigation stage.

Alexandra Kane, Esq. graduated from Penn State University and then the Villanova University School of Law, magna cum laude. She is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to joining Rizio, Hamilton & Kane, P.C., Ms. Kane practiced for five years at Drinker, Biddle & Reath, LLP in the Investment Management Group, where her primary obligations were drafting registration statements for mutual funds and hedge funds, attending Board Meetings and ensuring mutual and hedge fund compliance with SEC rules and regulations.

During law school, Ms. Kane was a member of the prestigious Villanova Law Review. In the summer of 2004, she interned for the Honorable Clarence C. Newcomer, a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Kane was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity and Villanova Law School’s Honor Board.

Ms. Kane is a member of Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.
