Michael P. Kane, ESQ

Michael P. Kane, Esq. is a partner at Rizio, Hamilton & Kane, P.C. He is the firm’s lead negotiator and litigator. Since joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Kane has successfully settled and tried numerous cases for significant amounts. Mr. Kane’s work ethic, attention to detail and his knack for strategy helped quickly gain him the respect of his peers.

Michael P. Kane, Esq. graduated from Penn State University and then the Villanova University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to joining Rizio, Hamilton & Kane, P.C., Mr. Kane worked for a large Philadelphia law firm defending major corporations in products liability lawsuits.

While attending law school, Mr. Kane had the privilege of serving as an extern to The Honorable Theodore McKee, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Kane was also the President of Villanova Law School’s Latin American Law Students Association, Production Editor of the Villanova Sports & Entertainment Law Journal and a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity and Villanova Law School’s Honor Board.

Mr. Kane is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He also serves as an Arbitrator for First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Kane also speaks fluent Spanish and is himself a first generation Cuban-American.
