Our Lawyers Are Offering Free Insurance Policy Reviews

When our office receives a call from an accident victim, the victim inevitably thinks he or she is full tort. But most of the time, the accident victim is wrong. Unfortunately, most people think full coverage means full tort. However, nothing can be further from the truth. Let’s take a closer look at your insurance policy.

  • Full COVERAGE means that you have chosen to cover your vehicle for collision, minimum bodily injury coverage, property damage, and other options provided to you by your insurance company.
  • Full TORT means that you have agreed to pay a higher premium for the right to recover or sue for an injury that is not considered permanent or a serious impairment of a bodily function. These injuries would be considered “soft tissue” injuries. If you select full tort, you can recover for your pain and suffering from soft tissue injuries, such as whiplash or a bulging disc in your back. But, if you select limited TORT, you may not be able to recover for pain suffering for soft tissue injuries.
  • Why does it matter? The first assessment an attorney or an insurance adjuster will make when evaluating your auto accident case is whether or not you are full tort. If you are not full tort, your case is worth much less. Many attorneys will not take your case, because let’s face it, it is a waste of their time and money. Many insurance adjusters will not offer any money on a limited tort case.
  • How can I tell what my insurance policy covers? For a limited time, our auto accident attorneys in Philadelphia are reviewing policies free of charge. Insurance policy review is a service that we provide for our clients because we want to make sure that our clients are protected.  Moreover, we want to make sure our clients understand what their coverage encompasses. Do you know what the difference between collision and property damage is? Do you know what uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage is? Do you know what stacking means? Do you know who your insurance policy coverage extends to?

Call our attorneys at 855-822-6783 to schedule a free appointment for an insurance policy review — because you should know what you are covered for in the event of an accident!
